We had a great stay at this apartment and really enjoyed the excellent downtown location with easy accessibility, on-site parking, and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The views were amazing, especially seeing the high-rise buildings and skyline, which made the experience even… better. The staff was friendly and responsive whenever we reached out. The only minor inconvenience was the access cards, which wasn’t fully handled during our stay, although the on-site building staff was very helpful and provided access whenever needed. Overall it was still a great experience and we would definitely recommend it.

The apartment itself was modern, clean and fully equipped. The interior is tastefully decorated, a comfortable bed and a beautiful view that is impressive both during the day and in the evening. Everything worked flawlessly and the standard was as described and even exceeded it. Contact with the host was hassle-free - quick responses, clear check-in instructions and great help. I definitely recommend this place for both a short stay and a longer holiday in Dubai. We'd love to come back!

So absolutely pleased to have chosen to stay here with family, our nanny, and toddler. Place was as described with a fabulous view from the balcony (love the seating out there), and lots of space for everyone. The team (our contact was Abbas, and the guy met us initially as well… to help with bags and explain how things work... he was amazingly accomodating), was super responsive whenever we had an inquiry and we appreciate them very much. Top knotch service, with amenities like a hotel with dental kits, slippers, etc. Short, picturistic, walk about 10-13 min to the mall, around the Opera House and underneath the Burj. Highly recommend.

Pros: It's a really nice place and an excellent location. The hosts are really good. Very nice building, 25th floor, very clean and comfortable and classy. Cons: The house and rooms are much smaller than in the pictures. Only the master bedroom has the attached bathroom, rest are… outside the rooms. The house wasn't ready until past 5pm which was very inconvenient as we had an infant with us. For 3/5 days our stove wasn't working properly. We didn't have garbage bags for 3 days. All this even with repeated requests to the hosts. I would still recommend this place because I liked it so much, but keeping these concerns in mind.

Had a great stay at this place! Few issues with check-in and parking, instructions are very vague. And the downstairs parking area was hard to navigate at first, instructions could be more clear. Be aware you will also need passports for check-in otherwise you can’t park, so… bring passports, check-in then go upstairs then back down to park car, car park is located to the left of the entrance, follow the arrows around. Be aware the photo depicted as the view you receive isn’t actually the view you get, if that matters to you, didn’t to us but just for clarity. Also the 4th bunk bed room is not a room and more of a closet space, it literally just fits the bunk beds and nothing else, so if you have to adults, like we did, that’s not ideal or accurately depicted in the photos. Be aware of that, if it’s for kids they might be fine. Other than this the stay was very pleasant, it’s a beautiful apartment with only minor minor issues. Hopefully this review will help clear up any issues.

kind of disappointed because the place and the view is nice but has too many issues first we got an electric problem and a lamp and two chargers exploded late at night,i asked for a refund for the damage but unfortunately they didn’t give us a refund for the chargers because… “it’s beyond their control “ but they sent a maintenance team immediately in the first day ,days later we got the same issue and they offered to fix it again but i said we’re already checking out soon so it doesn’t really matter , bed frame is smelly i contact them and got a bed sheets instead so we slept upside down 😭 lastly i asked them for a late check out and they offered to check out 2 hours later and i thanked them for that, this may not be the greatest experience but i hope they can fix these problems soon to make the staying more comfortable :)
