Well-appointed location with spectacular views! The property is well-placed with spectacular views of the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and other interesting structures. The amenities in the apartment were great and the convenience of a 24-hour grocery store on the property was a big… plus. The property was easy to find. Our contact (Mr. Abbos) was very pleasant and helpful. He assisted us to the apartment and showed us all the amenities inside the unit. It was quite nice of him to check on us daily about our stay and comfort in the apartment. Well appreciated effort! We fully enjoyed our stay and will definitely seek this place out on our next visit to Dubai.
Downside · Nothing major comes to mind. We didn't spend much watching TV but the WIFI could use some upgrade...The buffering was endless and didn't make viewing anything pleasant. We weren't there to stay indoors anyway so it had no effect on our amazing stay

We had a little difficulty in gaining access through the barrier with the car, upon initial arrival, but once we were inside it was simple to check in, and locate the apartment. Despite a few initial teething issues, we settled in quickly, and Bergthor was always very responsive… to messages. The apartment has a breathtaking view of the Burj and has a great location, within easy walking distance of Dubai mall. It was a shame that the pool was under maintenance, which we weren’t informed about until a couple of days before arrival. For future guests, the pool will remain out of action until 15 September, 2024. Sadly, we didn’t get experience the gym, due to it being too crowded on occasions that we tried. The beds were very firm, and the pillows not of good quality, but we appreciate this is a personal preference. The apartment as a whole suited our needs, and was very clean, including fresh bedding and plenty of towels. A late checkout would have been appreciated.

I booked this place in January of 2024 for Juky 2024 and had sent all the requested documents such as passport copies to the host. 2 hours before my check in i get a msg that i wont be able to access the unit if i dont provide the passport copies. luckily i had internet so i read… the msg in time and was able to do so. besides this, second day into my stay and the access cards were locked due to a 'lost claim' apparently filed by the host that caused me unnecessary headache and i couldn't enter the building due to this glitch. lastly i was told a few days before check in that the swimming pool was going to go thru a maintenance and that me and my kids won't be able to access it. what a bummer! if you dont have a car then this place is not for you! the mall is visually rite across from the building but you have to walk upto the bridge and be able to cross and get to the mall which is roughly a 15 minutes process. no grocery stores around or nothing except for a T.G.I Fridays restaurant.
