We had an amazing stay and would definitely book this apartment again. The location is perfect, right next to Burj Khalifa, and the building is beautiful with fast elevators, secure parking, and a great gym. The host was excellent. He stayed in touch before our arrival, met us in… person, helped us with our luggage, showed us around the apartment, and made the check-in process quick and smooth. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group of four men, giving each of us plenty of privacy. The views from every room and the balcony on the 24th floor were absolutely breathtaking and worth the stay alone. We also loved the large TV and were pleasantly surprised to find a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven. I especially enjoyed the parking, and as a car enthusiast, I loved seeing all the luxury cars in the building’s garage. Overall, this is a quiet, comfortable, and luxurious place to stay. I highly recommend it.

The environment of the house is indeed good, but there are still many shortcomings. The kitchen was reported on the first day of moving in, and the two bathrooms had no hot water. It was not repaired until leaving, which seriously affected the living. The ignition handle of the… gas stove is missing one, and the high fire in the middle cannot be ignited, and the firepower is unstable. I also encountered someone who was locked in the bathroom with a sliding door for half an hour. The kitchen utensils were not in good condition, all the handles were loose, so I had to repair them myself. There is also a small coffee table with a loose base and unstable standing. All in all, the room environment and conditions are very good, but the management is very poor, which seriously affects the taste of the residence. Hope it improves!

There are several serious issues with this property. The sinks in most of the bathrooms aren’t draining properly, and the showers take way too long to drain. The toaster doesn’t work, the oven doesn’t turn on, and the stove is a struggle to operate. The tables are falling apart… and were clearly just glued together. On top of that, the host misled me about the air conditioning in the master bedroom. He acted like the AC was working normally, but it wouldn’t cool past a certain temperature. I had my cousin, who is a certified technician, take a look and he found a cap had been placed in the ceiling to lock the AC from going lower—clearly done to save on the electricity bill. That kind of dishonesty is unacceptable, and it’s not okay to mislead guests about basic comfort features. I’ve never had this kind of experience with any other place I’ve stayed, and it’s completely unacceptable.

The only issue was the price, I saw the place can accommodate 12 guest and I forgot to add the number of guests while booking & paid 1191 AED. I thought ok anyway, 12 guests can stay!… Then the host kept pushing me to update the number of guests in reservation, then once I added 12, BOOM, another 275 AED just went from my bank without any notice. Apparently the price changes according to number of people which was not mentioned anywhere. So I paid around 1400+ AED! Which was not expected at all & mentioned. If the price was this high, I wouldn’t even had booked the property. So I’m really disappointed, if you are going to charge higher, mention that first!
