It's always reassuring to hear that the property was clean, including the linen and towels. That attention to detail really makes a difference. It was our first time in Dubai and we were completely impressed by the location, size and cleanliness of the apartment! There are two fully equipped bathrooms and a separate toilet, which was perfect for us as a family with two children. The photos correspond to the actual… condition and the best thing is that full use of the pool area on the roof on the 64th floor with an outstanding view is included for FREE... Another big advantage is a 24-hour supermarket on the ground floor, as well as a constantly staffed reception where you can ask anything. We were happy to book our taxi there for the journey home. So we can't deduct a star because we are also very happy with the price! The location is great - a taxi straight to Burj Khalifa costs between 5 and 10 euros - depending on traffic. The 2 bed /2.5 bath apartment is in the Paramount Midtown Hotel. It is very modern, clean and well equipped with a dishwasher and laundry. The kitchen has all the amenities with a new gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and lot of dishes, glasses, cups, pans etc.. There… are two balconies with good seating arrangement and a swing which makes it a gorgeous experience to have a meal outside. It is in walking distance of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Plus it is conveniently located from the groceries … all within walking distance (with a convenient store right at the building). The infinity swimming pool overlooks the Burj and is gorgeous both at night and in the day. It has a hot tub as well. The gym is the state of the art and even has a sauna. The restaurants and bar are also excellent. Hence there is absolutely everything to love about this place and it was the cornerstone of us have an excellent time in Dubai.

8 of us stayed but we had short of towels for 2 people. Kitchen didn’t have any basic spices like salt, pepper, sauces so everything we bought initially. But after mentioning this to host they immediately asked someone to drop off these items at the door which was nice of them.… Except that everything was good. One annoying thing was that it was very hard for guests to come in. They have to give their passports for scanning and Local IDs copied which was time consuming as there is always a wait due to many apartments in the same building. Check in should have been smoother.
