Amazing apartments, honestly exceeded expectations. Everything you need is there and even more. The hosts are very responsive, always in touch and genuinely willing to help. The water was always hot, I could properly relax and enjoy a bath, which is very important for me. Windows work perfectly, open and close easily, and there are blackout curtains, so you can sleep well. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The view is absolutely beautiful, and the balcony makes it even better. The TV is large and very convenient, it can be adjusted and moved, which makes watching movies really comfortable. The sofa is also very nice and cozy. There is a lot of space, multiple beds and even two bathrooms, which is a big plus. Small details are also taken care of, there are useful amenities like toothbrush kits

This is a 2 bedroom modern apartment building in a building which doubles as a hotel to some floors and private apartments to others. The apartments seem to be mainly air BnB. The hotel staff and amenity staff don’t seem to value or welcome the apartment guests and this coldness… and at times rude news detracted from our stay The apartment itself was fine. The host was positive and responsive and our experience actually within the apartment was top notch. Our interactions with those outside the space were not good at all. Unclear check in times and instructions. Car park too small for large suvs and was told I should park on the road (chargeable) rude security staff don’t try to help because it’s an apartment and nothing to do with the hotel. Apartment was filthy with hairs in beds, stained towels stained rugs, grout in bathrooms mouldy, dead flies splattered on the walls and screws half sticking out the walls above the children’s bed. Kitchen had bad smell in cupboards. To get to the pool you have to go in the lifts and go down 29 levels then change lifts and go back up 64 levels. This wasn’t even explained. We had to work it out as know one helped. We asked for a refund from the start and all we got was they will send cleaners round. Was forced to stay as host rejected refund even though we sent him all the pictures to him and airbnb. Airbnb offered us a goodwill gesture as they knew we were in the right! The views were great though

But a few things in the hotel were a big disappointment. there were only a few sunbeds at the pool. you want a sunbed, you have to go and reserve it at 7am. Otherwise you sat on the chair. I had to wait 45 min for service in the hotel's restaurant. the storm shut down the entire city. our flights were canceled and when I asked for a late check out, the host asked for an additional fee of €20/per hour. no sympathy whatsoever. I have traveled a lot and I have never been asked to pay extra for a later check out. our friend in another Airbnb got it for free. the hotel also didn't have a place where you can store suitcases for the day but hotel guests' bags could be stored. Few positive things: the location is good, walking distance to Dubai mall. Near by is the bay avenue shopping center where you can find many restaurants. There is also a 24-hour shop in the hotel.

Horrible! Bathroom has mold on the floor and metal items in the bathroom are rusted because the shower door is too short and water comes out everywhere when you shower. This apartment is in the paramount hotel but hosted privately. I would advise to Stay at the hotel part instead of apartment to get all the services (like valet parking and luggage storage and early pool access)

Downside · The parking was bad on the tenth floor, and the road was very narrow, very curved, dangerous for large cars.
