We are so happy we chose to stay here! The apartment was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and excellent views of the Burj Khalifa! We REALLY appreciated being able to check in early at 12pm given our 5AM arrival time!… Abbos was friendly and helpful in checking us in, and the communication with the host was excellent via whataspp even before we flew to DXB. Walking to the mall was easy (about 10mins) and very safe (our teens could walk there after 8pm with no problem). The complex itself is delightful - with a lovely infinity pool, mixed gym, running lanes, and large undercover children's playground. Theres a convenient little supermarket downstairs that is open 8AM-MIDNIGHT. We REALLY enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others! TIPS: Bring your own laundry pegs to stop clothes from flying off the rack when you hang them outside :)

It was very comfortable, with lots of amenities - a supermarket, gym, playground, pharmacy, and Dubai mall - within walking distance. We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, with stunning Burj Khalifa and fountain views—a highlight of our trip. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The apartment was well-maintained, though one room is a converted maid’s room with limited space and… no luggage storage. While the listing says it fits 12 people, it’s most comfortable for 10. 12 people can fit with a little bit of adjustment. A small issue was the shared blankets on each bed, as we’re used to having individual ones. Extra blankets, pillows, or mattresses weren’t available despite prior communication indicating otherwise. Storage space also felt slightly tight for a large group. The apartment felt luxurious, and the balcony was spectacular. 3 of the 4 bedrooms had Burj views, and the owner was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. With its central location, luxury feel, and amazing views, I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting downtown Dubai
