The only drawback was the washing machine, which didn’t quite match what I’m used to back in the U.S.—but I’ve learned that’s pretty common outside the States. In general, the place is good and can accommodate, in my estimation, 9 comfortable people. Communication was excellent from the management of the apartment and the reception was also excellent upon arrival. Check-in procedures were easy and quick. The parking lot was not… restricted to the parking number given to it, because our parking lot had another car in it, so we spoke to them and they said it is normal to park in any parking lot, on the same floor and the issue is easy. Automatic entry was nice and convenient, and I recommend it in most reservations as a priority if available, because it saves you from having to wait for a specific person. The parking garage is very tight for parking. On two separate occasions our parking spot was taken and resulted in getting security to assist us with a temporary parking spot. Having three rooms was great for the family and would recommend it.
