Everything was very wonderful from the first time I arrived at the hotel to the day I left. The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. Everything was available in the room, starting with a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. They were interested in the smallest details… that the family needed. Overall the stay was good, everything was like the description and the host was very responsive. The car park space was disappointing because it was on the 10th floor and access is very tight - I couldn’t get the rental SUV up to the parking space - okay for a small car. The only… other thing was that the bedding seemed like it was not changed - we found lots of little hair on the bedding. There was no kettle either and when we contacted the host he insisted there was one but we couldn’t find it and instead of going back and forth about it we just went without. We didn’t bother telling him about the bedding as he was unwilling to supply a kettle at first enquiry and we didn’t want to waste time chasing it up on holiday. Other than that the place was good, great location and excellent stay other wise. Would just also say that it is a very busy location and when ever I bought the car out front so all the family could get in we were always being rushed by the hotel staff.

The parking is very far, located on the 10th floor, and it takes around 10 minutes to reach it through a very narrow passage. Reaching the… parking requires precise driving skills. As for the living room, the internet connection is very weak, and browsing properly is only possible when returning to the bedroom.
