A great apartment highly recommended The closeness to everything the Dubai mall was a 5 minute walk there was a grocery store and chemist on site for all your every day needs 24 hour security pool and play area were very good and the area is very clean the balcony area was… beautiful and the views were amazing the host is very attentive and was in contact the whole trip we needed a different toaster and kettle brand new ones were replaced within the hour
Downside · The only thing I would say was the beds they were extremely firm

The apartment was perfectly located in downtown Dubai right next to the mall. It was secure and extremely clean on arrival. The living space was smaller than the photos would suggest but this was not an issue for us as we were exploring most of the time. Pool is huge and very… refreshing in the hot weather. If you need to use the toilet at the pool remember the swipe card! Berg was easy to communicate with and very attentive. The beds are quite hard however I believe this to be a cultural thing. We were very happy with the apartment and the view of the city and Burj was AMAZING!

Overall, it was a positive experience—the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-located, which made my stay very enjoyable. Is very convenient for big families, and you can view Burj Khalifa… from all Rooms. The host was responsive and did his best to help when it was needed. However, I did encounter some challenges that could be improved. The internet connection was inconsistent at times, which impacted my ability to stay connected for work and leisure. Additionally, I had some challenges in Check-in, finding the correct building, and finding the correct elevator I wish someone from the building had been there to help but the host tried to help as much as they could.
