We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Everything was comfortable and relaxing. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, and the balcony on the 37th floor is very spacious, with a large table and chairs. It was especially enjoyable to sit on the balcony in the… evening or during the day, have some tea, and relax while watching the view — it’s something you never get tired of. The location is excellent: Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are very close, about 5 minutes by taxi and around 18 minutes on foot. Overall, our host Beshoy was extremely polite and helpful. He explained everything clearly and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place.

We lived 2 incredible weeks in this super pleasant apartment, the rooms are large, all the appliances work very well. Access is ideal with a code for the electronic lock, no key, no card = no risk of loss. The apartment is exceptional, the view of the Burj Khalifa is splendid.… the terrace is nice however the access is narrow and the garden furniture is unusable (no cushions) there are large flows of dirt on the windows which are not avoidable (all along the facade) so the splendid view from the rounded bedroom is a little spoiled. This property remains exceptional, with access to the (very neat) swimming pool on the 64th floor and a direct view of the Burj. All the staff are very friendly and pleasant. We could come back without hesitation.
