Everything was great! Thanks for everything 🥰 especially to the manager Beshoy We liked everything! Starting with service and convenience, ending with the stunning view from the balcony! We traveled as a family - 4 adults and our choice fell on apartments in this hotel complex!… Our room was on the 38th floor - with a balcony, 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms with a toilet! The views from all windows are amazing! The whole city and Burj Khalifa are right in front of you! The pool is on the 64th floor, from there it’s as if the whole city is under your feet and the Burj Khalifa is in the palm of your hand! We were immediately greeted by the Beshoy manager - kind, responsive and very attentive! Thank you very much! You made our last day in Dubai the best! We didn’t regret a single cent for our stay! Everything was at the highest level!

The photos were so beautiful that I thought I would be disappointed when we went. The photos are already scarce. We stayed on the 38th floor and had free access to the terrace pool on the 64th floor. The jacuzzi and pool on the terrace are quite large and have a beautiful view.… It had a balcony with a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa and a swing on this balcony. Everything was clean in the kitchen. We tried to comply with our check-in and checkout times, but they were helped. We were able to get an answer every second. There were clean linens in the house. You have to tell the taxi driver Paramount Midtown! We were driven to the wrong place… when we only specified Paramount in Business Bay. The only drawback: surprisingly there were cockroaches in the apartment. After a few days we announced this. It was also immediately offered that someone would come and solve the problem. It was still very surprising because there were a lot of cockroaches. That was the only thing that wasn't good. But the provider offered to help immediately! I can definitely recommend the accommodation!

Downside · My biggest problem was the cleanliness, there was hair everywhere, the kitchen was very old and dirty.. the bathrooms the same. Since we arrived we started having problems with the parking card which they told us we would find in the apartment but unfortunately we didn't find any card in the apartment.. on the first evening the security guy left us after I explained that I didn't have a card.. I wrote on what's app to the company that deals with it and after apologies and others they said they would bring us a card the next day. The next day I didn't receive any message or phone call and in the evening the same problem again.. the security guy said it was the last time he would open the barrier for us.. again we wrote to that company and they promised us that they would bring us the card the next day between 9:00 and 10:00 in the morning.. We left around 11:00 but no one came. The price-quality ratio is not even worth half of what we paid considering the poor collaboration and cleanliness... plus the elevators are incredibly slow for the volume of people using them
