The apartment was excellent and honestly almost perfect in every way. The facilities, the overall experience, and everything else were great, and I felt very comfortable staying there. Just a small note regarding the air conditioning — I think it could be improved a bit as it was… not as cold as expected. Also, in the master bedroom, I believe the AC vents may need cleaning. Even the main light fixture in the bedroom had visible dust on it, so at times I would wake up feeling some allergy symptoms, possibly because of the dust. Another small note is that the parking entrance and exit were a bit difficult because the space is quite narrow. Other than these small notes, everything else was perfect and I truly enjoyed my stay.

TOP OF THE TOP! The residence itself was fantastic, even better than the photos it showed. Self heck in everything went smoothly. The large rooms with really super comfortable beds. The location was strategic. However, in the heat I always had to take a taxi which was easily… available because there was always someone ready to leave. The taxis were surprisingly cheap (each way I paid between €5-10 for an average long journey). However, it was very close to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa (€5 by taxi, not bad). Breathtaking view from the swimming pool on the 64th floor. Clean facility, super fast elevators. You can't hear any noise from the neighbors. The apartment had two balconies both overlooking Burj Khalifa where you could admire it shining blue every half hour. Working, stable and silent air conditioning together with hot water. The thing I liked so much was doing the laundry every day and then finding it dry after just a couple of hours. I used the secondary balcony, the smaller one, located inside the larger room, to hang out the clothes every day. The kitchen was well equipped. There was only an accidental absence of scissors and rags to keep the kitchen sink clean and dry, but that the contact person was able to provide immediately. The house had all the possible comforts, as if I were at home, including a hairdryer, iron, ironing table, 2 clotheslines, adapter for European electric wire (great because the one I had brought from home was broken, so it saved me), dishes, pots, towels, in short, I felt at home. The aesthetic of the house was simple but really very elegant at the same time. I'll be back several times. Average high price, but absolutely worth it! I will return again and will advertise them to friends who want to visit Dubai. See you soon and thanks for everything!

Fantastic stay The apartment is very beautiful and well looked after with every comfort, it has a balcony where you can sit and admire the city since it is on the 42nd floor. Very clean and great location. On the 64th floor there is the swimming pool which can be accessed easily.… In the building there is also a spa and restaurants, at the entrance there is also a small supermarket, a 5 minute walk away there are other larger ones open 24 hours where you can also buy Italian things. The owner was very helpful, kind and responsive in his responses. I highly recommend it, if I were to return I would definitely take this apartment again.
