The apartment is in a community with a small Carrefour supermarket, which is very convenient for buying breakfast. The customer service responded very promptly and was willing to help solve… the problem. We had a late flight on the last day and had to go to the amusement park. The apartment did not store luggage, so we contacted the landlord and asked if he could help us keep the luggage. After confirmation, the landlord agreed that we would leave the luggage in the room and come back to pick it up at 5pm. This solved a very big problem for us.

Downside · The apartment was not clean, walking in the apartment will get your feet to be black. The toilet was not clean in one bathroom. No facial tissue boxes, the dental kits were less than the number of the guests although they confirmed that it will be provided as per the guest number. Only 2 bottles of water were provided which is considered less quantity for 4 bedrooms apartment. No late check out was offered even for 30 minutes. The instructions were not very clear and to access the car parking in the basement, you need to call the security guard and inform him/her the apartment number.
