Other than that, the host is quick to respond, the apartment was very nice and clean and the pool on the 64th floor is AMAZING, the views from there are absolutely beautiful and is a great place to sunbathe and… chill. The apartment is very well located. Overall very comfortable and pleasant stay, the only thing to point out is that they told us the steam bath and jacuzzi were included but they weren’t so if that’s a dealbreaker for you prepare the extra 30$ per person per day. Having said that, the pool… we loved the pool, so definitely worth staying here.

Downside · My stay at the hotel was overshadowed by an extremely unpleasant situation at the reception. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and unacceptable. After I presented my Ukrainian passport, the attitude towards me changed dramatically - we were not in a hurry to register, although the room was fully paid for in advance, and I had all the necessary confirmations and codes for check-in. I arrived with a baby and this situation caused a lot of stress not only for me but also for my daughter. It is especially unfortunate that the employees allowed themselves to find out personal relationships in raised tones in the presence of guests. We never heard any apologies. Moreover, during the following days, I felt demonstratively hostile looks on me from one of the employees. I did not feel like a welcome guest at the hotel, which is absolutely unacceptable for an institution that positions itself as international. Such behavior harms the reputation of the hotel and creates the impression of discrimination based on nationality. At the same time, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Beshoy for his humanity, attentiveness and professionalism. He apologized for the situation and tried to smooth it over, although the responsibility for this behavior of his colleagues does not lie with him. I hope the hotel management will take note of this incident, conduct an appropriate investigation and ensure proper standards of service for all guests regardless of their nationality. My stay at the hotel was overshadowed by a very unpleasant incident at the reception. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and unacceptable. After I presented my Ukrainian passport, the attitude towards me noticeably changed — we were not registered promptly, even though the room had been fully prepaid and I had all the necessary confirmations and access codes.
