Positives: The position is excellent, the apartment is spacious, the pool makes all the money. Negatives: The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, right from the entrance I found the floor dirty, I had to plug in the Wi-Fi router and there was dust underneath for at least 2-3… months. The fact that the bathrooms are superficially stocked is another minus.. it's not a hotel, but I suspect that no one would be poor if they put a shower gel in the sea, not a small bottle of that which is replaced daily in a hotel regime and 2-3 rolls of paper. It's the little things that mess you up when you're on vacation. All in all, I had a very nice holiday and for the price I paid, it was ok.

Downside · The luggage drop-off and loading area in front of the hotel is narrow and crowded with cars. Entry into the parking lot is very narrow and requires an experienced person to drive. A hotel with 64 floors and there is only one employee who can help you with luggage. The elevators were always crowded and required a waiting period of up to 15 minutes to get up, and the matter becomes more complicated if you want to get up with your family members at once. The elevators were dripping water from the lighting holes, which led to a large pool of water on the floor of the elevators and posed a threat to the safety of users. The apartment's air conditioning was not cold, and the owner of the apartment was notified of this point and he sent the maintenance company to inspect, but the matter did not improve, and the company's statement was that the air conditioning was running on a cheller system, and this was the maximum cold that the system could provide, and thus we spent two nights without adequate restful sleep. The parking lot allocated to the hotel apartment was taken by another user and the apartment owner was unable to resolve the issue. My opinion is that the place is not suitable for Gulf families.
