Value for money, hands down the best place to stay in Dubai with a family or group of friends. We thought the photos of the view might be enhanced but safe to say the views from the apartment are next level amazing. The loungeroom is furnished beautifully, as are the bedrooms.… The master bedroom is smaller than the second bedroom, and the second bedroom has 2 double beds , ensuite and amazing views. The bathrooms (2 full bathrooms, and 1 toilet) were on the older side but worked well and are well maintained. Same with the kitchen - older style but has everything you need including a dishwasher. Location is incredible - down the main stairs and you are steps from the beach and JBR walk. It never sleeps in this area so be ready for car horns and revving engines, but it is all part of staying so close to the action. If you stay here, when giving the address to the apartment, you need to ensure they take you to the doors in the carpark of Rimal 2. Super busy area, lots to do and see.

First of all, the view here is simply wonderful, especially from the master bedroom. It was lovely to sit on the cozy balcony and look out at the city and the sea. The kitchen has everything you need; the only thing was that the coffee machine didn't have an adapter for the local… socket, but we bought one ourselves. The beds are very comfortable, the linens are clean, the bathrooms have hot water with good pressure, and the living area is spacious. Probably the only downside is that the apartment is very cold (maximum 20 degrees, and when we first arrived it was 17). It's all because of the ventilation in the hallway — it blows cold air into the apartment 24/7, so even with the air conditioners turned off, it's quite chilly. However, there are two heaters in the apartment, so the problem is solvable. There are many great restaurants near the building, as well as the beach, and it's easy to get around everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay here! We booked this home for a family reunion, and it was perfect for our group. The view is absolutely spectacular, and the house was comfortable for all of us. The location is superb, just a short walk to the beach, grocery store, bakery, and… currency exchange, which made everything super convenient. The linens and towels were also very clean and available for everyone, which we really appreciated. A couple of small notes: the kitchenware and silverware are limited if you’re planning to cook for a large group, the windows could be cleaner to fully enjoy the amazing view, and the floors could have used a bit more cleaning. Managing access with only one building access card was a bit tricky for 8 people, and there’s only one parking spot, though street parking nearby was usually available. Overall, we had a great stay and truly loved the location and the view!
