We were looking for somewhere near the Burj. This ticked all the boxes. Excellent contact as soon as I booked with clear instructions. This hotel/appartments is chaotic as it’s so large. So many people in the reception area. Half for hotel and half for AirBnB. The instructions… sent made this so easy. I had a couple of questions and these were dealt with really quickly. Actually had Beshoy who reached out personally and even came to the door to introduce himself and offer any assistance. Facilities in the appartment have everything you need. Balcony is a decent size and a great view of the Burj. The facilities in the whole complex are great. We visited the rooftop bar and restaurant where the infinity pool is. Stunning views over Dubai and decent food as well. The staff as is normal for the UAE were first class. There is even a supermarket at the front door for anything you need. Would definitely book again.

The host was very responsive replying back within 5-10mins. 24 hours before check-in the host messaged with simple instructions how to enter the Apartment. It was so much easy having no access card as you can always lose them. Staff at Paramount on Arrival were amazing and… welcoming, the Porter took the luggage out from the Taxi to the Apartment room on the trolley. I asked the host if we can access the Apartment to leave our bags there as we was super early and replied back right away saying thats fine no issues. check-in was 4pm but we were allowed to check-in earlier. The only cons were that the parking was very tight and my SUV was scratched multiple times. If you are… planning to reserve this, do not bring an SUV. It should have been written in the description, if we knew about the parking situation we would not have reserved this. It was also difficult to use the iron and water kept spilling out of it. Also, the host was not flexible enough in extending our late check out and unfortunately did not give us except one hour late checkout. To summarize; if you have an SUV (like Escalade/Suburban/Tahoe) please do not reserve this apartment because of the narrow parking, but other than that it was a very well kept place and would recommend.
