Great location right in the middle of JBR. Everything you need you have on hand within that small portion of Dubai. Traffic like everywhere is constant so plan ahead of you are leaving JBR to go elsewhere, right at the start of the walk it has everything you need within the… apartment and the facilities within the building are also great. Supermarket next door and pharmacy at the other side plenty of food places round about as well overall an amazing location and a great apartment within it. Host was on top of any questions we had straight away and we would be happy to stay here again for our next trip.

fabulous location. located just on the jbr walk where you can see how the night light up and the super cars driving down the walk. host is super responsive and very helpful. the place is very close to the beach, jbr restaurants, rixos and the rest. rooms are as in pictures. great… choice for any group stays. layout not so open, with rooms in a corridor format but still a beautiful apartment with a balcony overlooking the jbr walk. super responsive host, great location, high number of beds allows for easy group stay. same goes for the number of bathrooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was fairly clean, well-equipped, and the extra touches like Uk plug points/ extension leads, toiletries etc was very thoughtful. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet and relaxing. The… host was very responsive, friendly, and made check-in/out smooth and easy. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay again!
Downside · Weak wifi and struggled to connect sometimes also not enough towels. I feel washing powder for washing clothes and washing up liquid for dishes should have been provided

Downside · Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. When we arrived, our room was not ready. There was mess everywhere and housekeeping were still cleaning, even though our check-in time was 3:00 p.m. We had just completed a long journey and were very tired, but we had to wait about an hour before the room was ready. During this time no one apologised to us or offered any form of compensation. At check-out, we left exactly at 11:00 a.m., but the cleaner was already at the door and rushing us to leave, even though we were on time

Good space, nice view, and great location, but the overall experience was disappointing. The poor Wi-Fi, daily noise, an The apartment had great space, a nice view, and a good location. It was big enough to comfortably fit a group, which made it convenient for our stay.… Communication before arrival was smooth and check-in was easy. The team was responsive via WhatsApp.
Downside · The apartment is nice but wasn’t as luxurious as the photos suggested. There was visible wear and tear, especially in the bathrooms, and the Wi-Fi was very poor particularly in the bedrooms. Every morning there was loud drilling and construction noise from above, which was very disruptive. The hosts never answered phone calls, only replied by message. Then almost four weeks after we left, they falsely accused us of damaging wall art and tried to charge 200 AED. This was very shocking, especially since other guests would have stayed there after us it felt misleading and untrustworthy
