Let me talk about the host before getting into the property. Because a great host makes all the difference really. Super responsive (at odd hours on a weekend) super helpful super friendly. Willing to do extra small things even if not part of the arrangement. I couldn't thank… them enough. As for the property, amazing and exactly like the photos, location is top notch and the views are exceptional, a really special place. My only comment is how tight the parking roads and spots of the whole tower are. A test of driving skills and worth taking note of but nothing to spoil the experience. I highly recommend for families or groups looking for a stay in downtown Dubai with burj views and high-rise living. Thanks for making this a stress-free and memorable stay for my whole family ❤️ Whenever we're doing this again I'm going with whatever you are listing!

The place is nice. You feel the quality of the “hotel” its apartments but service of a hotel. Inside really nothing you cannot like. It’s big and was nice for our family. PARKING GARAGE it’s really very tight. We had to have a bigger car and we only parked twice there. on the… street is a hit or miss and since we did not knew how to get the parking working, we had to pay fines for parking. It’s not Bergs issue though. Everything we needed was just a message away and we got it really immediately. The pool is a very visited spot 😊 so you have to deal with a lot of people. But crazy views. I liked the fact you have a balcony where you can take pics from outside view as well. We will go back there if we visiting Dubai.

The apartment was really great but Not without some misadventures. Firstly, the company has several apartments in the building and mixes pictures in their offers. Once arrived, we mentioned that apartment is not the one rented as much lower floor and that we paid higher price.… After insisting with the useless customer service (based overseas for sure), who kept being delusional , repeating and firm that it was the apartment. After our insistence, we have been contacted by some staff on site proposed a nice apartment and thanks to Bechoy who managed the issue professionally on site. Also big detail, if you have a car especially an SUV good luck to park as the ramp is extremely tiny but this is the building structure. In terms of apartment and amenities, the place is really great and clean, Apart from those issues which deserve to be notified to enhance the guest experience.

We stayed for one week over New Year’s Eve. We were aware that we paid a significantly higher holiday rate (around three times the usual price), but at approx. €11,000 we expected a higher standard. Nice apartment with a beautiful interior, though somewhat worn. The view and… balconies are outstanding. The shared pool area is very nice. Special thanks to Mr. Beshok, who was extremely kind, responsive, and resolved cleanliness issues the same day. Late-night arrival with a baby was stressful. Access was described as a smart key, but it was not installed, instead, there was a key box and no code provided. We could not reach anyone for some time. The apartment does not fully match the photos (peeling wallpaper, poorly equipped kitchen, some mold in bathroom grout). Elevator wait times of up to 15–20 minutes due to only three elevators. Despite these issues, I give four stars because the apartment has great potential, the views are exceptional, and Mr. Beshok’s support was excellent.

Loved the place. Exactly like the photos and the location was super convenient. We stayed for 4/5 nights with 6 girls and my only issue is we ran out of things quickly . The place was only stocked with one roll of paper towels and one trash bag. We also asked for more towels… /washcloths and were told we would have to pay to get more. Each room came with a towel /washcloth cloth per guest, but seeing that we stayed for almost a week, more should have been provided . The host was very responsive to any needs and their responses were very fast. I would recommend the Airbnb as it was very well decorated , however things need to be stocked more for the guest.
