My friends and I stayed at this property for 8 nights in July 2026, and we had a fantastic experience. There were six of us, and the apartment was spacious enough for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen and living area were also large, making it easy for us to cook, relax,… and spend time together. The building staff, especially the security watchman, were always friendly and helpful. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Dubai Marina, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and attractions within walking distance. The host was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive, even at odd hours, and happily accommodated our last-minute requests, making our stay completely hassle-free. I highly recommend this property for families or larger groups visiting Dubai. The spacious apartment, perfect location, and outstanding hospitality made our stay truly memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Location is very amazingly central and walking distance to most places. The apartment is very spacious and the 10 of us could stay comfortably for 7 nights. View from the bedrooms and balcony is beautiful. Host is prompt in response and… took care of our needs. The only snag we had was the complimentary cleaning crew hired during our stay weren’t professional and did a sloppy job. But once this was communicated, the host tried to fix it asap. It’s a very convenient location to stay at JBR.
