Definitely one of the best places to stay near Yas Island that we’d happily book it again. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable for our family. Having two bedrooms with two bathroom was amazing, and the living room was great for relaxing… together. The apartment was clean. The host and the team were amazing. We had a small issue with the TV when we arrived, and they fixed it immediately. They also checked on us several times during our stay to make sure everything was okay and asked if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect very close to Yas Island attractions, with a Carrefour and a pharmacy nearby. Food delivery came straight to the apartment, which made things so much easier. The community was quiet, safe, and family-friendly. We also noticed a children’s play area and a nice swimming pool that’s open until 10 PM, although we didn’t get the chance to use it.
Downside · The only small downside was the parking space. It was a little tight for our large SUV, but I think it would be fine for most cars. Other than that, we honestly had nothing to complain about

We're a family of 5, we stayed for 1 night only. I think for us, anything longer we would find the unit a bit small. The bedrooms are very well presented and quite spacious but the bedroom with the single bed (king) has no wardrobe? The master bedroom, with en-suite has wardrobe… space, but twin beds, however the TV either wouldn't work due to poor signal, or was so slow it froze all the time? Kitchen is fine, ergonomic with all the needed utensils and essentials. Our one main gripe was the lounge, its very very small, with a 6 person dining and a settee the size of a king size bed, so very little space and cluttered, but ok if you like that sort of thing. Both bathrooms were clean, basic contemporary finish, but the silicon sealing needs to be changed to make it hygienic standard around the bath tub. Would we stay again, maybe, but not at the rates being offered, Yas hotels offer better value for money in my opinion.

I had an overall enjoyable stay at this Airbnb — the space was comfortable and met my expectations. However, there was an issue during check-in that’s worth mentioning. I had arranged with the host in advance to drop off my luggage at 12:00 PM, which was confirmed. I arrived at… 12:04 PM, but the previous guests were still inside. To avoid disturbing them unnecessarily, I rang the bell politely and was asked (through their child, which felt inappropriate) to wait 10 minutes. We waited longer than that, but they still hadn’t checked out. When we followed up, the previous guest claimed they were entitled to more time, which created an uncomfortable situation. A representative later arrived but placed the blame on us for ringing the bell, even though we arrived after the agreed time and the standard checkout had already passed. Downside · We booked an appartment with a lake view (canal) and paid extra for it. View was actually street and parking place. We contacted first the property and got answer that they don’t have appartments this size with a canal view. Then we contacted Booking.com and they got into it. Asking bunch of questions, pictures, screenshots of the confirmation.. But never solving it. We spent 10 days and never did the Booking.com or the property do anything for us to get the view we paid for. So if the view is important to you, book somewhere where you see the photos of the actual appartment you will be staying in. We also never got any refund of the extra we paid for the view we didn’t have. There isn’t pool in every building and also no gyms in every building. So if that is important, make sure you are staying in the building that has these. Our appartment kitchen cabins smelled odd, like rotten fish. Also our bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly when we got the appartment. The appartment is ok though
