Overall, the stay was good and the apartment itself was nice, and the team was very responsive and replied quickly whenever we contacted them. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience: there were insects in the apartment, including a very large bee, the… toilets were not properly cleaned, and the number of towels provided was not enough. When we asked for extra towels, we were told they would arrive after around 6 hours. Parking was also inconvenient, especially since I’m driving a large truck and had to spend time waiting for a parking spot. I’m on vacation and expected a more relaxing experience, everything else was fine.
